Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of the service completion date to request a partial refund.

Eligibility: Full Refunds will apply to clients who are requesting not to complete the service 24 hours before service has occurred, but are not available for completed sessions once work has commenced. Partial Refunds will be available for any client who feels the session was not satisfactory.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations made within hours may be subject to a partial refund or service credit.
